"A Night of Honor" Celebration Gala

Reception | Dinner | Dancing | Live Music | Auctions

The "Night of Honor" 2022 Gala and Auctions will be held on Saturday night, September 17th at the beautiful Houston Hilton Americas located in downtown Houston. With the help of numerous sponsors, volunteers and attendees, the event showed tremendous community support of The Grateful Americans Charity's mission (to provide resources that support programs aimed at ending Veteran homelessness and combating the invisible wounds of war), and Veterans suffering with PTSD in the Houston area.

ABOUT GRATEFUL AMERICANS CHARITY

Since we started in 2016, our Mission has been to increase awareness and raise resources for programs and charities benefiting U.S. Veterans, including those suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

We are proud that in just the past six years, we have raised more than $1.7 million to benefit the PTSD Foundation of America. We could not have achieved this without the support of our many donors and sponsors. We Thank You! However, our job is not complete.

Veterans today need your help more than ever. The PTSD Foundation of America (ptsdusa.org) and its Camp Hope will be this year's beneficiary. This amazing organization serves Veterans and their families in a positive, healing environment. Nationally, there are 14 chapters and 45 warrior groups, with hundreds in attendance each week across the country.

The PTSD Foundation of America and Camp Hope provides much-needed resources and services for local Veterans and their families. Group and one-on-one support sessions are held with other combat Veterans. Family activities reinforce the importance of a strong family unit when managing PTSD.

Involvement with local charities, businesses and other Veteran organizations is key to assisting healing, and also educates the community on the invisible wounds of war. Camp Hope embraces our troops, Veterans and their families as they seek the rewarding and fulfilling lives they so richly deserve.
